Well it has been almost two years now, so I thought it was about time to update the “Who I Am” section… for instance I did not just finish my MA, but I do have one - in Theology from Fuller. It is amazing that even in my ‘pay-the-rent’ job, I use that degree every day. Whether its just the great questions I get, because they know I am a theologian, or ministering to people going to through life, I draw on that degree everyday. Which makes the big monthly payment much less painful! So I am still looking for the dream job, some days I look harder then others. But Africa, and AIDS, and orphans raising their siblings in their own homes are still always at the fore of my thinking, and talking, and being. Two more years down the road I am much more at home and comfy in my new church skin as an Anglican/American Episcopal. I really find I easily identify in my own heart as such more and more. I have traveled the spectrum of Christian denominations, and of American geography through my life so far, and find I am very happy to be right where I am in LA (Pasadena/Burbank) enjoying the weather, and the palm trees, and my friends, and my church.
